TS4 isn’t the worst, but compared to TS2 and TS3, it’s definitely not my favorite. The Sims 4 has gorgeous visuals, and its Emotions system is fantastic; however, I find myself wishing for more content in the game’s expansion packs, as well as more activities and interactions, like in The Sims 3 and The Sims 2. Still, after purchasing The Sims 3, I found myself spending a lot of time with the series. I HATE the Sims 3 user interface because it is ugly. Neither the visuals nor the gameplay are particularly impressive, but I enjoy it very much nonetheless. Even though The Sims 4 is enjoyable, I can’t help but feel like I’m always using the same set of characteristics when creating my Sims.

In your opinion, which Sims game stands out as the best?

Among those options, I favored number 3. What amazing liberty! Even though version 4 is visually more appealing and easier to construct, it falls short in too many other areas to be my preferred option. Poor personalization options, lengthy loading times, and no open world play are just a few of the issues.

Although 2 and 1 were revolutionary when they were released, I no longer feel competent using them. Contrarily, I could play and enjoy No. 3 right this second.

Because it seemed lacking in key features that made the previous game, The Sims 3, so fantastic, I never played Sims 4. However, I believe that my own rating, from best to worst, is the same as yours: 3, 2, and 1. Once in a while, I get tempted to buy The Sims 4, but I keep reminding myself that if I did, it would only be for the improved visuals and not the features that the previous games had.

To be honest, that is the sole reason I purchased a PS4. When DLC began to arrive, I hoped the game would eventually reach the level of quality seen in TS3, but instead, I found that my hard-earned cash had been wasted on three features that didn’t add all that much to the experience.

Number 3 is ideal. A lack of an open world, a poor shopping experience, and a shrunken world all contributed to the fact that number 4 was a complete joke. Everything but the dialogue improves. IMO. However, it has been a while since I last engaged in either activity. I can only recall that it was a bad year (4) for me. Three is fantastic, two is excellent, and one is a classic I wouldn’t rewatch but still like more than four.
